This was the first handgun that I bought for myself when I was 22. It was cheap an then 9mm was really cheap. I was wondering if anyone has the Big Smith Production book and could tell me round about when it was produced. I was going to send my info to smith&wesson but they charge $50 per hand gun. I was very surprised by this since when I called Sturm Ruger they did it for free! 2 rifles and a handgun, with pretty letters with production and shipping info. Anyways..... since my disposable cash is at an all time low now-a-days I figured somebody could give me an idea on here. It's a 9VE serial #PBD8XXX thanks in advance.
