    Semi Auto revolvers

Has anyone had a chance to shoot a new or old Semi Auto Revolver?

I know they are not a Chiappa Rhino... but they seem interesting...

i think most semi-auto pellet guns are similar.

this would be great for people with arthritis/weak/injured arm/hand who have problem racking a slide.

Looks like something that came out of a steampunk fan's garage workshop.

I would guess it doesn't have ammunition limitations of pistols. Like bullet design and length of cartridge, also rimmed cartridges???

Good points. The big downside is capacity.

Don't see much of an advantage, but even at my age I can rack pretty much any slide. I guess that would be the biggest advantage for some with a physical limitation. But what's the advantage over a regular revolver? other then not having a slightly heavier trigger pull from shooting D/A?

While nice as curiosity, I don't really see the point. With trigger tune up and practice you can fire revolver in DA, as fast or faster then semi will advance cylinder and cock the hammer.

Always wanted one of those Matebas to satisfy the Bladerunner kick. Closest thing I have to the aesthetic is a Roland Special.

the advantage is the hammer resets itself so you a better trigger pull. Most revolvers with the hammer down have significantly better triggers then most semi auto pistols.
