HK45C Dimensions?

Does anyone know the width of an HK45C with the decocker/safety lever, and how far it protrudes from the side of the frame? I'm currently making a holster for my HK45C in LEM (no lever), but would like the design to be compatible with other versions as well. Thanks in advance.

0.2560” per lever.
