Merpolight vs. Novak Night sights
I just got a Glock 17 RTF 4th Gen. I was wondering what were the pros and cons of each I know Novak has a fiber optic look to it and comes with different colors where as to the merpolight only has a few to choose from can someone with experience give me some pros and cons .. Thanks! If this is a newbie question ...then sorry !

Heinies. I very, very much prefer the Heinie sight picture. For a long time I used Novak, but now I can't stand them. They feel too busy. Meps are very simple with the tritium inserts. I actually find I prefer the simplified figure-8's, as well.
I've tried other colors, but I find nothing outdoes green.
If you can handle non-tritium rear sights, the 10-8 sights are great, too.Last edited by aplinker; 06-12-2009, 12:56 AM.

i like how the meprolights are a nice big white spot to pick up on in daylight. that's just me though.Comment
