I need to replace the lamps on my USP. Anyone know of local sources (so-cal) that can replace them and the typical cost?
Or do I need to go to Trijicon direct?

Trijicon will replace an individual lamp in one of their sights for around $56 or so. I'm going to guess that will be very hard to beat. -
