    Sig 220 combat question

I purchased this a couple months ago and it was labeled as a combat with a black frame (which I have never seen). I called sig to find out if it actually is a combat and they didnt have any thing in there inventory containing this setup for a combat. When they looked more into it the model number revealed it was a combat. The guy said I had a rare piece and there must have only been a small number produced. My question is how much do you guys think this would be worth. Since Im interested in getting another sport bike and would like the money to put toward it.

    Here is some pics

you might be able to get a few hundred over msrp if you find a sig collector.

it's kind of hard to say, what makes the combat model different is the FDE colored frame plus all the combats i have seen come with the sig short trigger. in your pics it looks to be a standard trigger.

could it just be a standard 220 with different grips?

I asked the same thing to sig and trust me I was on the phone with three reps over a 8 hour day at work. They said it is a combat and is no different besides the frame color. Also it has the combat 1913 rail.

220 combats aren't just FDE coated...

The internals are phosphated and the rail is a true 1913 picatinny rail.

I think the lack of funding was on the SOCOM side lol....Never the less it is cool urs is all black! You should keep it. Cause if you sell it you will prob never see one like that again.
