How about selling the Glock and not buying another Glock? Whoa, sorry, that slipped out.

Anyway, I'd keep a Glock 30 considering I like the .45 acp round.

      What's your purpose?

I just have this urge to have 19. The best form factor IMO.

I prefer .45 to 9mm, but prefer the size of the 19. Since comfort = better accuracy and handling... in my case, yes, I would. That doesn't really help you though.

Also, I am looking for the most efficient low recoil system.

                    I own both.

Each has it's advantages, so it comes down to intended use and personal preferences - do you need a carry pistol? Are you recoil sensitive? Do you have high caps for the 19?

If I had to choose one, it would be the 30.
The way some gunshop clerks spout off, you'd think that they invented gunpowder and the repeating rifle, and sat on the Supreme Court as well.

Then buy a full-sized gun with a steel frame.

I don't get what you're trying to do. What's wrong with recoil? First off, a 45ACP from a 1911 feels way lower in recoil than a 9mm from a G26. So, the choice of GUN is as important, if not more, than the round. Hell, my X-frame with .454 is easier shooting than some of my 9mm's.

Further, recoil can be managed by a competent shooter. It's just a matter of practice.

Are you trying to buy something for a specific person who's recoil nervous?
