I finally got some time to field strip my 1911A1 and take additional pictures. Upon removing the firing pin stop, there is no serial number on the slide. The back of the firing pin stop plate does not have any "ghost image" of any serial numbers.
On the frame, there was "G" that was stamped on the right rail. There's another mark next to the "G" on the lower right, but I'm not sure what the mark could be.
On the barrel, there are a few marks. On the right side of the barrel by the link, there is a "M." On the left side of the link, there is a "TZ 06P" mark. Lastly, on the top of the barrel hood, ".45 Auto / 7791193 / 86" mark.
