6” python wait time at Turners?

I waited 6 months for a Smith 617 about 4 years ago, had to argue a bit to get my deposit back.

At the time, there was a multi page waiting list.

I would like to hear from the Turners' rep. if he reads this, but to me it did not seem like obtaining the wait list guns was a priority, in particular for the more exotic requests.

Find a different shop.

I got mine from Riflegear a little while later.

About year ago or so, shortly after the Python was added to the roster, a Turner store employee told me the wait list is about 500 names long for that particular store. I said no thanks.

If you really want one, I was at Discount Gun Mart in Morena Blvd in San Diego yesterday and they had one. I would not put money in on it at turners, good luck with that wait list.

How much was the one at discount ?

I guess $300 above MSRP isn’t too bad considering a LGS by me has a 4” in the showcase (and apparently will for about EVER) with a $3,000 price tag on it.

And at $1499. I argued myself out of buying one recently. Probably should have done it anyway....what the hell do I know
