Question regarding Hi-Cap magazine??

I have a Ruger P85 Mark 2 in 9mm which I purchased back in 1991, magazine capacity is 17 rounds, if I purchase a PC9 can I used my hi-cap mags in the rifle?

Yes you can use the highcaps in the otherwise legal rifle. Is the PC9 is factory configuration? If you wanted to use "evil features" and implemented a maglock so you no longer had "capacity to accept a a detachable magazine" then no then no you could not use high caps.


So yes you can use them. Just be aware of the "fixed magazine with more than ten rounds" clause in 12276.
