It's part of the Langdon NP3 (nickel teflon) parts upgrade kit.

Very nice! Looks much better with the edges smoothed. Did you install the Langdon kit yourself? I'm considering it, but can't decide if I should just send it in to have it done, find a local gunsmith, or just youtube commando it.

Have you asked the established prototyping shops yet? I imagine the setup would not be cheap, but they'd definitely take the work. I'd be curious what they quote you.

How does it feel compared to the stock trigger shape for the DA pull? I'll bet it's amazing for the SA pull. Your newest revision looks very comfortable.

Would it be worthwhile to tap the tricgger for an adjustment screw on the backside (or insert a delrin rod) to reduce overtravel? I have a little delrin nub on the back of my Short Reach Trigger from Allegheny Gun Works and it really helps with my follow-through due to the minimal overtravel.

Thank you! This one took half the time and is so much better haha. Yeah I installed it by myself - if you're comfortable with a little filing/polishing then it's really simple. The 92/M9 is one of the most simple guns to take apart and put back together. The only problem I had was the locking block was too tight a fit and I had to custom fit it to my barrel. So if that's a worry for you I would probably just bring it to a gunsmith locally (I like supporting local gunsmiths because there's not many around).

The Double action feels pretty much the same, I have long fingers and get get the first knuckle on my index finger all the way past center trigger (><) so the double action feels roughly the same. I also have a #16 hammer spring which I need to replace with a #14 and then it will really shine. SA is, like you said, butter!

Though, I do have the langdon trigger bar in and that probably has a lot to do with the fit/feel - there's maybe a hair of pre-travel in the DA pull and almost ZERO overtravel with the trigger bar...so tapping a set screw isn't even necessary.

Thank you for the PM, I'm going to check out some shops I looked up and your suggestion this week, and see if there's any possibilities of providing these to the CG community and others!

This is VERY impressive. Well done sir! I like the look a lot too. Have you shot it much, how does it perform for you? I agree that plastic triggers cannot replace metal. If the gun is designed to have a plastic trigger, then I can live with it. Sort of.

Thank you! I'm actually going to shoot today And yeah, I have no interest in a plastic trigger, the 3D printed triggers I got are so incredibly flimsy I would never use it in my gun - though they're just prototypes I'm sure there's better plastics out there, just can't beat a steel part.

I couldn't find a manufacturer for a flat faced trigger, at least one that's got the same feeling as my gray guns trigger..so I decided to make my own out of stainless.

Anyone know of a machine shop in SoCal that would be willing to cast a die and re-produce from this? I'd like to make them available to others if I can at a reasonable price..

Well this thread is about to take a detour...had a pretty bad experience at the range today (explained in a separate post). Will update this again once I have some more information...

Appreciate the support though, I really want to SAFELY make this trigger a reality for others..

Yeah, I was surprised and bummed the hammer didn't work as I heard it's a good combo with the lighter D spring. I kept going back and forth installing and un installing the stock and upgraded hammer maybe thinking I was doing something wrong. This is what I wrote in another thread-

"I installed a 92 "match hammer" item #C5L047 on their website and would not work in my 92fs. My gun is a 2019 Italian and have only added the D spring for upgrades. The hammer seemed ok in da/sa with the slide removed and also in da with the slide attached. In SA though with the slide attached the trigger pull would not release the hammer. I'm stumped and am thinking maybe this is a custom part and not meant for drop in."

I just wanted to update this post and confirm the handgun works fine with factory hammer reinstalled. Maybe the one I bought from Beretta was defective, or my gun just didn't work this that particular hammer. I shot 150rds today to make sure.

Trigger is coming along nicely op. Sorry to hear about the burst fire.
