Judging by the interest (which usually ends with "no you can't in CA") but knowing there are more than a few out of state posters, thought this was an interesting setup and new from MechTech. A 12" barreled upper with an arm brace available in the usual Glock, XD, 1911 framed pistols from 9mm and 10mm to 45ACP.
I presume that even with the brace removed the setup is a no go in CA owing to what's likely considered a "barrel shroud" or at least close enough to be problematic. And sometime after January 2021 the arm brace will go the way of the bump stock and will have to be removed regardless of state.
The 10mm looks like quite the setup. But losing 10mm brass doesn't equate to much shooting fun. Ordered one for an XD in 9mm and will have it in OR. I'm not much into dot sights so a 2X pistol scope with iron sights seems the way to go.
