You remove the Magazine Release Spring Screw, it is the large flat head scerw in the frame that holds the Trigger Bar Spring and the Mag Release Spring. This scerw is staked in place, it is best to use a flat head that fits the slot well to break the staking. Otherwise the scerw can deform.
Once the Screw is out you can slide the Mag Release Spring up and out of the way so that you can remove and reverse the Mag Release. If the Mag Release Spring comes out all the way, a pair of needle nose pliers are helpful to get it back in place. When you are turning the scerw back down, keep an eye on the Trigger Bar Spring, it can get cockeyed is some cases from driving the scerw into place. Note the Trigger Bar Spring position before removing the scerw and use it as a reference so that it stays in the same place when you put the scerw back in.
Before reinstalling the Magazine release Spring Screw it is best to degrees the hole and add some loctite to the scerw.
