FFL is charged every time they submit a DROS.If you never leave your first childhood, they'll never know when you've entered your second. -
I think having a 1 in 30 day limit is completely ok. Heck, I’m fine with them outlawing every gun ever, as long as they honor our 2nd amendment and make all citizens exempt from these crazy laws. Edit— to clarify, I’m just kidding. I’m stating that all citizens should be exempt from any law that infringes on our rights. As the state plays games with the law and continues to violate our rights, I think it would be fair for the Supreme Court to state that sure, these laws can stay, but all US citizens are exempt form these laws. It was just a joke, a bad one at that as everyone said “what are you talking about?” Lol, my bad.Last edited by Mr. Blue; 07-10-2020, 12:08 AM.Comment

I'm confused by your statement.
No, 1 in 30 day limit is NOT honoring the 2A.
Outlawing every gun is NOT honoring the 2A.Comment

Your statement makes no sense
The 1 in 30 is what got you into this mess to begin with. Not sure why you would be ok with it.
Also, the FFL gave you bad info. Your original paperwork is time stamped and lists when the 30 days is up down to the min.Comment

Oh I was just being silly, by stating that as a citizen no law would effect us because our 2nd Amendment cannot be infringed. I agree with you.Comment

That’s a good point, this FFL is really great tho. Lowest prices for just about every service. I buy a lot of ammo online and he processes the transfer at no charge to me. We have a very good rapport, and I honestly just try to stay ahead of his gratuitous nature.Comment

I'll admit I thought such a stickler for time was common knowledge amongst you California guys.
My father's FFL in CA makes it a point that for non-regular customers he'll highlight the lines showing the earliest pick up time on the CA DROS paperwork and will even sometimes get a sharpie and sharpie in the time that's the next half hour or hour mark past the earliest pick up time to make it known in no uncertain terms that people shouldn't show up before the magic 240th hour.
Nowadays from the sounds of it he can't even do that considering the wait period is almost definitely past 10 days under COVID conditions.Comment
