Any Glock owners using a NY1/NY2 trigger spring?

I'm just wondering if anyone uses the heavier (8/12lb) New York trigger springs on their Glocks?

    If so, what's your opinion?

I don't have those but they are probably worse than the stock triggers.

Weren't those made for NY cops after a couple of them shot up time square and a bunch of by standers while completly missing the perp(s)??

Okay, if you haven’t tried them, I actually like the way the NY1(green) makes a Glock trigger feel - much closer to a DA revolver trigger. Adding the NY1 and a 3.5lb connector makes it not feel like a mushy pinball plunger... more like a good quality staple gun...

I put a NY1 with the Lone Wolff “Classic” 3.5 connector (as well as a smooth faced trigger) and it was miles better for me.

Used it for duty use. Feels similar to a heavy revolver trigger. Is actually good for slow fire 25 yard shooting. Prefer the stock trigger for anything else though.

            Agree!!!

I sometimes use an NY1 + Minus Connector on my dry fire use Glock. Develops the finger muscles.

In live fire, it provides for a smooth and consistent pull weight, along with a nice positive reset.

It's a cheap mod - might as well try it... Rather than words, better to experience it yourself.

Too unnecessarily heavy. Tried it out of curiosity but took it out the same day. I guess it acts like a security blanket for someone who rides their trigger.
