So, I bought my handgun last week and waiting to put it up. Found a g19 gen 4 frame for sale. Could I still buy the frame even though I just purchased an handgun or do I have to wait an month?

Private party transfers (PPT) are exempt from the one-handgun-per-30-day restriction. I assume you would be purchasing the G19 gen 4 frame through ppt as it would not be on the roster.

Gen 4 is off roster so you can only buy it through a private party transfer (in person at the FFL, can not ship). Can buy any time with PPT.
