1911 Baer Premier Value help?

I'm a bit confused. Is it a Les Baer Premier II or something that is similar? Since it's a Caspian body (I assume you mean frame)/slide, did Les build it back in the day before he started producing guns? Some pictures would help. As previously noted, the 1911 market has been and continues to be soft. If it's one of the original Baer Premiers, I'd definitely be interested. Who doesn't love a nicely built 1911???Last edited by D1911; 04-07-2020, 8:04 AM. -

Is this the difference model of LB Premier ? I thought LB Premier is skeleton hammer, adjustable rear sight and front and rear serration, this LB's slide looks liked GI slide model to me.Comment

This is an old Premier slide. Not PII. And even PII can be ordered without front serrations, I have one.
OP gun is a mix master built by who knows who with who knows what. It would take a detailed exam by a knowledgable 1911 person to assign any value. My initial WAG is ~$800-$1000.Comment
