Ah well... bad news but on the bright side it is likely Benitez would love to have NYSRPA on deck before he has to act on this one. Regardless of NYSRPA decision both parties will likely want to file supplemental briefs. I would love for him to have every tool possible with which to craft a top notch ruling that will stand the test of time.The one thing worse than defeat is surrender.Comment
