    pre ban high cap mag question

    i have two pre-ban 15 round beretta m9 mags are they legal to sell?

            you can't sell them but you can take them apart and sell the "parts"

              Sell disassembled (but all parts sold as one lot) = legal...

              Semantics, yes. Keep you from possibly being prosecuted, yes.

                I would keep the high cap mags. I recently found some of my glock 30 round mags and wouldn't sell it for anything! Just gives you an excuse to buy another gun! haha

                      even if they are p.berretta marked they are only worth about $25 each

                      yet having them in california to me would be worth buying a 92fs

                        actually I dont believe you are exempted from the selling portion of the law when selling to LEOs
