p229 Magazine problem.

I bought a used 10rd magazine and I can only put 9 rounds into the mag. It just won't go in. I've tried it with blazer brass and winchester. I can fully load my other magazine perfectly fine. It's a 9mm.

If it is new (but used), the magazine spring may just be stiff. Regular use will wear the spring in.

The spring may also be upside down?

do you have a LULA loader or thumb saver?

I did try it with the LULA. I'll try reassemble the mag see if that helps. Thanx.
