ship'g Hi cap mags as replacement parts

If you get an out of state seller to agree to disassemble a gun's hi cap mags and ship to you as replacement parts, do those magazine parts have to go to your (buyer's) FFL or can gun to FFL and mag parts go to your home address?

Trying to straighten out some shipping logisitics here.
