One of these for the rear sight:
And one of these for the front sight:
A word of caution, though if you plan to install a large adjustable rear sight (like a MeproLight), the Glock tool will not work unless you modify it (like I did) - but that requires some machine shop tools. The non-adjustable Glock and Trijicons will not be a problem nor will be the std Glock adjustable.
Don't forget to buy Loctite 609 for the install.Comment

I would advise not to buy the plastic "glock" rear sight tool.
I was looking around and found many reviews like this:
I have a glock 19 with regular sights. I bought this tool to install trijicon night sights. This tool will work with Glocks regular plastic sights but it does not have the strength to install Trijicon night sights! Not even close! They all end up like these stating good for stock sights but not enough power to install the Trijicons.I have a Glock 22 and Trijicon sights. I bought this Glock sight tool to install the Trijicon sight on my Glock, and found that the sight tool was not up to the job. This new tool just does not have the guts to do the tought jobs.
On the other hand. This one http://www.topglock.com/item/42972_M...LATION_TO.aspx
Is one I would get and reviews have been good for installing the Trijicons.
Plus its $50 bucks cheaper

I've used brass & plastic punches and vice w/ rubber jaws, but you do have to be patient. Don't forget a small amount of red Lock tight for the front sight and a front sight tool.Comment

jeez I was thinking of buy the tools because they might have use later down the road but my shop offered to do them for free if i brought in the sights since i have bought every new gun I own from them. I guess maybe thats the route ill go this seems like too much troubleComment
