Blackhawk Serpa if you're okay with the system they use. Otherwise I'd go with something kydex with an adjustable retention screw.

Something simple such as a Bladetech, Comp-tac, sidearmor, Ready tac, Kytac, or G-code beltslide kydex holster would work great for the class.
