None are happening today, the Dems are all after Trump!

Before we go any farther we all need to acknowledge these simple rules which define Liberal Behavior.

Rule #1 Liberals screw up everything they touch.
Rule #2 Whatever they accuse you of, they are already doing.
Rule #3 Liberals lie about anything no matter how insignificant.
Rule #4 If all else fails, they call you a Racist!

These rules apply to all Liberals simply because they don't think right.

Being scared of your own shadow, and not doing things you've done for your entire life because some turd in SAC got a law passed and idiots keep voting him back in, is playing right into their hands and is exactly what they are trying to achieve. IE: making it too scary to own guns. You might get a ticket.

I have a dim view on this wussifed stance to living here. If you are too stupid to not know what will get you put in jail,,, You got no business owning guns.

If you are scared of the "Possible Consequences" of owning guns,,, You got no business owning guns! And I say that because it is unlikely that you would ever use one to protect yourself or your family.

My recommendation is to get a big dog. The only downside to having a big dogs, is lots of Dog Ship.

Now can you go to jail for slinging a big pile into your neighbor's yards using a shovel as a "Yardapault?" Well did that shovel have illegal modifications?

    Refer to 4 rules above.

It's not how well you do what you know how to do,,, It is how well you do what you don't know how to do.

Are you saying a jury in East LA is going to be the same as one in the midwest?

Like I said, expert info is out there on rules of engagement and how best to protect yourself from a jury of CA 'guns are bad' folks in a civil case. ...and ridiculous civil suits happen every day in crazy CA.

Ignoring that doesn't mean its not happening.

Whether or not it was a "good shoot" only goes to whether there was a reasonable fear of imminent death or great bodily injury that would justify the use of deadly force. It has nothing to do with modifications done to a firearm. Deadly force is deadly force.

If you want to live your life under a cloud of unfounded fear, that's your prerogative. But please stop slinging your FUD on the internet.

You made the recommendation for us to focus on the three examples, and you referred to them by their post numbers.

Of course I'm not saying don't defend your family...thats a stupid comment and I'm hoping you have enough sense to know that.

        Patronize much?

lots of minutia in these shoots; Are you saying that a good shoot in SF is the same as in Idaho?

You can elicit minutia...was the shooter in fear of death or great bodily harm to himself and/or others?

You think its YOU that decides whether its a "Good shoot" and the whacky DA like the one in SF has nothing to do with it? The cops you say, you mean like ones in the Tenderloin beholder to a DA that refuses to prosecute bad guys and hates citizens that owns guns?

I think you're suggesting that a good self-shoot will be prosecuted by a San Francisco DA? One more time...cite the case.

Are you saying a jury in East LA is going to be the same as one in the midwest?

        See above.

So, now we're moving from a criminal case that can't be cited to a civil case. This is America, and you can sue anyone for anything. I'd submit having a CWL without liability insurance is not smart. It's the same as not having your attorney's contact information in your phone.

Ignoring that doesn't mean its not happening.
        Nor does FUD.
