They will be sold in CA.
Currently, they are not listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale.
So, they can only be transferred via exemption (LEO sale, PPT, out-of-state intra-familial/operation of law, SAE).
Since they have all the features required to be listed on the Roster, the only thing preventing them from being listed is :
1. Colt not submitting them for testing to be listed.
2. They failing the testing.
3. Colt not paying the fees to have them listed.
So, until they are listed on the Roster, CA FFL dealers can import them into CA and modify them to meet the SAE and transfer using the SAE.
~SAE = dimensionally compliant single-action revolversigpic
