I bet it sells decently. Ruger's cheap-o pistols are marketed towards the low-information, low-effort gun buyer. The kind of person who goes to the range twice a year just to punch some holes in some paper. The kind of person who believes all the articles online about how this caliber is so much better than that caliber or whatever. I bet those kinds of people will gobble this pistol right up while talking about all the "hydrostatic shock" and "armor-piercing ability" that it will cause.
