How do they expect recovery to happen?

          Thanks

They want them to go TAKE THEM and see what happens...

Interesting , they were first looked at as C&R. Now they cant be sold and they want them recovered. Very strange.

If you purchased one under C&R can they be sold/transferred?

We had to send letters stating the guns were off roster and should be returned. We didn't have to go get them or anything and as far as I know none have been sent in

Do you know if those people have any liability for owning that pistol now?

I saw a few transactions like this when Glock first came out with the USA model. Nothing ever happened from it but I wouldn't want to be caught in that DOJ gray area.

Not that I know of, I assume the worst thing that could happen is doj would come and try to confiscate but I seriously doubt that would happen

Glad I have several original series 70 Gold cups from the past. It’s just one less gun checked off my “gotta have” list I started at the age of 12.

Did it say why they were suddenly considered off roster? I thought c&r wasn't up to DOJ?
