Question on PTP transfers

Is is true that I don't have to wait for every 30 days to purchase a handgun if I buy it from a PTP transfer??

Yes.

You can buy an entire collection as long as its PTP. The 30 days only applies to new guns from a dealer/FFL

I just transferred 3 at once in San Jose - no problems. Some folks have commented lately that there's a city of LA law that limits PPTs to 1 per 30 days as well, if you're located there, but I don't know any details on this.
