Smith & Wesson revolver serial number help

I am trying to figure out the correct dates on 3 of my grandparents old revolvers. It seems that there is no online database for this. If anyone has a book they are able to look them up in I would greatly appreciate it. I currently have them for sale and would like to get the facts straight.

Bottom S&W with rubber grip 543XXX
    Middle S&W 307XXX
    Top S&W 975XXX

    Cheers.

In the serial numbers their should be a letter "K" "C" or a "D". I am guessing they are 38 Special or 357 Magnum revolvers

The top one might be a Victory Model so its serial number should start with a "V".

Yes sorry they are all 38 Special CTG. There is no letter in any of the numbers.

The bottom one should be a Model 10-1 (the model number will be on the crane) so that would be 1960. The other two would be 1920s - 1930s. They are in great shape.

Have fun, I was reloading 38 Specials over the weekend and it is so nice not having to pick up brass from all over the range.

^^^ This. Your probably listing the assembly number. Serial # should be on the bottom of the grips stamped in the frame.

A couple links that really help-

. The members here are extremely helpful to people trying to identify guns. However, many people do not post the data we need to help you, and we wind up playing 20 Questions for hours. If you will take just a few minutes to read below and then post the data we need, you will sometimes see...

            Here and here:
Overview of the Pre K Hand Ejector and K frames.

            Much more detailed info:

I have pulled this information together from various sources. As I have been, in most cases, unable to get exact serial numbers, I have designated them as approximate. Please correct my information if you have better numbers or information than I have provided, as I make no representation that...

The top one is a victory, so WWII production
the middle one is from around WW1 if the grips are correct
the bottom revolver is also pre-WWII production that someone put a later heavy barrel on. I can tell because hit has the long action.

Yup, bottom one is a long action with a post war heavy barrel and a post war ejector rod.
The Hand Ejectors have a larger rod knob end.
The bottom one may have a newer cylinder too.
