HK 45 legal to sell/ship to CA?

Is the HK 45 compact on the legal gun list to get in California?

From my understanding, if it is and if I find one from out of state, then it's just a matter of FFL to FFL, or owner to FFL transaction.

But if it's not, then only LEO can get it. Right?

The HK45 can only be had via LEO or PPT transfer or transfer from an out of state blood parent.

Look it up: If its not on the list you can only get it by PPT or if you are an LEO.

+1 on looking it up for yourself. The short answer is NO.

The HK45C is a hell of a pistol. It is effectively an HK P2000 that is chambered in .45 Auto.

                      Not all blood relatives apply.

Brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews do not count.

Only grandmothers, grandfathers, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, grandsons and granddaughters apply.

We always stop at Grandparent, but do Great Grandparents count as well. I mean I know it's unlikely someone over 21 would have a Great Grandparent, but just for this, would that be cool?

Just keep a eye open in here and pay the premium.....you will not be sorry. When one comes up jump on it. Heck, guys quible about the few hundred extra they pay to get one, anymore that is one good days worth of ammunition. I paid 400.00 more than they go for to LE in my town but so what, it is like owning a unicorn...LOL LOL

P.S. those pics are of a compact....not the full size hk45

Nobody needs an UNSAFE handgun. Was Oscar Grant shot with an "off list" handgun at the Fruitvale BART station? That Oakland civil rights lawyer could have a field day if true. We have already seen attorneys influence juries, with scare tatics about using hollow point (dum-dum) bulets instead of solid slugs...
