    CZ Custom Bull Shadow...worth it?

Got a CZ75B SA coming (PPT) and I am going to do the CGW flat trigger and hammer/sear/springs upgrade along with removing the FPB to get the trigger as good as it could get.

For those who have or tried the Bull Shadow, I am curious if the $910 (the version with the LPA sights) is worth it. Essentially, I would be turning the $600 dollar gun into a $900 dollar gun with the CGW stuff. At this point, the gun probably shoots decent. Then, you are turning the $900 dollar gun into an $1800 dollar gun with the Bull Shadow upgrade.

The gun will be used as a range gun so I don't need to be compliant with any competition rules, but I want this thing to be as accurate as possible. Just wondering if the 900 dollars more is worth it to get the extra sight radius, presumably better barrel and thus, more accuracy.

I am told the 75 Sao trigger can vary from the factory.so wait and see what the gun needs if anything.
my 75 Sao is my favorite, guess I got lucky.

Here is mine. Started off sending my SA frame to CZC and they made it a Bull Shadow. Test target has 5 rounds through one ragged hole. Definitely worth it imo.

I also bought the slide with LPA sights and put it on my CGW SP-01 SA conversion .It's just as accurate as the CZC.

I heard that some frames do not need modification.

I measured the spacing in the dust cover section and seems like I should have no problems with the fit.

The SP-01 frame fit the slide with no modifications not sure if they modified the SA frame .

I got all the new stuff put on the SA and the flat trigger with the new hammer, sear and springs. I'm getting much better at CZ CGW kits. I also removed the FPB. I lost that dumb spring (you know, the tiny one...), but realized that is for the lifter arm, so I didn't care since I was removing that and putting a spacer anyways.

This very well might be the best trigger of all the handguns I own!

I got it set with very little takeup and the overtravel is non-existent as I set it. I've always liked flat triggers and this makes me almost want to change all my CZs to this (but I won't because I want DA/SA and the firing pin block for any "duty" purpose handgun).

Now, the decision of whether to go Bull Shadow on this or not. It almost feels like with the way the trigger is, I need to do it justice by putting a very accurate slide on top...

I’d say the Bull Shadow is worth it, considering for that kind of money in CA you can only buy a stock S2.

                  Now, how boring is THAT?

Shoot 5 rounds and pretty much put it back in the bag, no? LOL

                  Sweet!

I sent my 75 SA frame to CZC and had them fit the 0.55" bushing version of there longslide, along with action work. Plus, they special ordered a Barsto barrel and stippled the front and back straps. Thus, I spent a good amount of money. For me, it was worth it. The pistol is very accurate and balances well in my hand for the type of slow fire target shooting I do. I've always liked the
"look" of a longslide on a 75SA frame. Mines a keeper.
