    CZ Custom Bull Shadow Compact?

I have a CZ 75 SAO and I am contemplating sending it to CZ Custom to have them do the Bull Shadow Compact top end and some trigger work as the 75 SAO factory trigger is underwhelming to say the least. I carry a fullsize 1911 at the moment and want to add a 9mm to the round up and to be honest if it wasnt for california I would just buy a Wilson Combat EDCx9 or STI stacatto P but since that isnt an option and I dont want to pay 300% scalper prices I am thinking about this option for a carry 9mm SAO. I wanted some input on CZ custom SAO trigger jobs and if anyone has used their bull shadow I think the compact would make a great carry gun. Possibly throw RDS on top? ( i havent used a rds on pistol so not sure how i feel about them yet)

I do not know about the CZ custom, but the cajun gunworks SAO, flat trigger and removal of the firing pin block (which is necessary for the Bull shadow upper anyways), makes for a nice trigger. About a 3 lb trigger pull.

I think the Bull shadow would be nice on a SAO.

I’m in the same boat, having converted my CZ to SAO with CGW. It makes the gun much more familiar if you carry a 1911. Not a well tuned 1911, but good enough.

Great to hear, comparable to a Dan Wesson for a hinged trigger is pretty darn good. How does the recoil impulse feel with bull barrel setup? and did you do fixed sights, if so how do you like them?
Yes I normally carry a full size Yost 1911 and a Beretta Elite LTT w/ x300 so the weight has never been an issue, the Elite LTT is awesome and I shoot it well but I am stuck on SAO guns. No matter what I take to go shoot I always take my carry guns and put some rounds through them and I always go back to the SAO.

The recoil and muzzle flip is definitely less, but I can feel the heft. The one on a CZ75 SAO frame has CZC adjustable sights. Solid black rear, red 1mm fiber front, my favorite.
