Glock 17C (Compensated) Experience?

I would appreciate some feedback from someone who has had actual hands-on experience with a Glock 17C (Compensated). It's not a common sale item on Calguns but it's still on the roster, so I am asking whether or not anyone has actually found it to be significantly lower in recoil with higher accuracy than the standard non-ported Glock 17.
I don't know if Glock still offers the 17C for sale. It's available from some resellers online, but not on the Glock website.

I have a glock 19 and glock 19C. The 19C does have less muzzle rise. To me it is very noticeable. I did a slow mo comparison on an old phone of mine and the difference is significant in slow mo.

Quicker follow up shots, yes. But shooting slow for accuracy, no. Both about the same for me

They weren't as popular as some people were afraid it would hinder night vision (it doesn't).

Plus 9mm is not so much recoil that porting makes a huge diff

O.K., that makes sense about the 9mm recoil. I was more concerned with accuracy and maybe it's not such an advantage in most situations.

I have both the 17C 9mm, 33C 357 sig and 22C 40 S&W. The 32C and 22C I would say yes its a big difference to make it shoot much flatter and faster with less snap.

17C yes its a difference. I enjoy shooting C models. Does not bother me with low light to night shoots at all.

All the talk of "oh the flash will blind you, oh you'll loose your night adjusted eyes" etc. Guess their just shooting into the dark and every moving shadow.

If you have your tac light on its not very noticeable. Even in complete dark its not blinding and wouldn't recommend shoot into the dark.

Pros:
Less muzzle rise
Faster follow up shots

Some Cons:
Louder
Makes the front sight dirty
slightly less ammo velocity
