When you try to chamber bulged brass in a 9mm Glock, the round can actually get "stuck" in the chamber - it's a tight fit. Trying to rack the slide on a round that is stuck is darn near impossible, and I can see how a doofus could screw it up and turn it into a safety hazard. Fortunately I've not personally had any negligent incidents arise out of this, and ever since I started case gauging my ammo, the problem has gone completely away.

More than one LEO has shot themselves trying to clean a GLOCK pistol. We had two accidents in my own small town. So why do those anti-gun cities and counties continue to buy more? There is also a You Tube video of a klutzy DEA agent shooting himself in the leg, while a classroom full of school children watch in horror...

Point in a safe direction; keep finger off the trigger; find immobile object (e.g. table edge); carefully place a front edge of slide against table edge; push like heck and hope the extractor doesn't break or give way.

Eventually got the rounds out (happened a few times before I wised up) and I will never again use brass that fails my case gauge test.

It sounds simple enough not to have an AD or worst an accidental shooting. Keep finger off the trigger and always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction. When clearing the chamber always remove magazine first then clear/check chamber. Ever seen anyone clear/check chamber on a pistol with a mag disconnect switch without a hammer decock feature? You see them inserting the loaded mag to drop the hammer then hopefully not forget to remove the mag. Anyway it's simple enough, but distractions are always the cost of a mishap.

Thought there was some restriction on 'tards' playing with guns.
"But after looking at the video."

Why would a moron be taping themselves playing with a gun?
