    Black Nitride coating CZ slide?

I am considering black nitride my SP01 slide while it is fully disassembled for some CGW upgrades. How is black nitride compare to stock polycoat in term of abrasion durability?

Can someone recommend a good shop in So Cal? How much the service usually cost?

Hard chrome has proven to be very resilient to scratches/abrasions.

Got my CZ SP01 cajunized and hard chromed what, 2 years ago? It still looks like brand new.

        Black Nitride coating CZ slide?

Nitride coating are great ultra thin and strong. I had my CGW SP-01 Titanium Nitride Coated and it came out great. No break in period. Had the railed polished prior and it is so smooth when you rack the slide! Hard chrome would be my second choice but it is very thick.

It looks awesome! Was yours done at an online shop or local?
