Stainless DA 1911 clone IIRC. Was also made in a commander sized version called the Viking combat. I rarely see them, I believe they have teakwood grips.

      I've got an ODI Viking

I bought an ODI Viking about 10 years ago on a whim. It was $400 in an online auction. The gun was made for 2 years, 1980-81, by Omega Defense Industries (ODI) in New Jersey. It was an all stainless Colt clone with the Seecamp conversion, making it a DA/SA gun. It was made in two sizes, government 5 inch and commander 4.25 inch. I have the commander size.

The gun originally came with teak grips and a tang grip safety instead of a beavertail. I messed with mine a little, changing grips and sights, and adding a Wilson drop in beavertail. The DA trigger pull is very heavy - feels like 15 pounds. The SA is about 5 pounds with some creep in it. It isn't much of a shooter because of the awful trigger. I don't know what they are worth today.

Yah the DA is one of the toughest ive ever felt.

The grip safety on this particular model didnt work.
