    Ventura County CCW

    I really want to obtain a CCW permit in Ventura County, since I live here in Simi Valley, Ca. I understand that it is more liberal with isuuing to law abiding citizens that anywhere else in the state. I don;t know if that is true, or not. My question is has anyone experianced recently within 2005-2006 actually been throught the process and successfully obtained a CCW permit? Even if you did not obtain one, what is it like to go through process? I would appreciate anyones experiance, or knowlege of the procees.
