      I shot a lot of lead so I purchased a KKM drop in barrel for my G21 and have been shooting cast for years. No issues and a new polygon original barrel.
      Not sure if the doom and gloom was true, just didn't want to stop and clean every few hundred rounds.

        I imagine that if the lead is soft enough, it will cause problems in any barrel.

          was going to use the lee 220grn tumble lube bullet with 5.1 gr unique.
