Frankenstein SP01 .40

So I love my SP01 9mm and enjoy my 75B .40S&W. Turns out thru another forum I discovered you can mate the 75B .40S&W slide into your SP01 frame and given Mec-Gar magazines run .40 and 9 interchangeably ... voila you have a .40S&W CZ with the full dust cover and rail.

So that begs the question, where do I get my hands on a CZ SP01 complete lower? Or if I buy another SP01, what are the odds anyone would buy the resulting frankenstein 75B lower with an SP01 slide ... asking for a friend lol

SP01 slides are heavier, and the 75B frame is lighter. I'd totally buy a franken-75B if I was in the market for a full size pistol.

What he said. The slides usually sell very well and make the price of the complete frame very reasonable. I picked up a few extra CZ 75 SA with that in mind

can't believe I haven't been on in over a year. For anyone who is interested, it shot great. Problem is finding a SP01 lower lol.

since then, sold the SP01 (BIG mistake.) oh well.

If you go round two I’d be interested in the 75b lower. The Kadet stole my original lower and I’ve got an orphan upper.
