Question selling to CA

I’ve been out of state for a few years and have a question about selling a firearm to a CA resident.

I have a Breda Thunder 380that I’m going to sell, and considering putting it on CGN marketplace. Of course I need to be careful about the roster, etc.

How can I find out if this can be purchased by a CA resident/shipped & transferred.

I’ve got the UPC from the packaging.

Bersa Thunder has been off the roster for a while.

Put it on the CGN Market for out of state buyers only?

There's essentially no difference between the Thunder and on-roster Bersa Firestorm. Cosmetic at most. Firestorms readily available new at $300 or less and in excellent used condition for about $250. (Full disclosure: I own four of them and they are terrific guns)
