Used Glock 22 purchase FFL transfer?

I'd like to purchase a used PD marked G22 from out of state, but it's a 2nd Gen, not the 3rd generation being currently sold in CA.
Of course I'll ask my local FFL when I can reach him, but thought I'd try to get some input. Should there be any problem, since the G22 is listed on the DOJ certified handguns site simply as:

    22 / Steel, Polymer Pistol 4.49" .40 S&W 12/31/2007
    22 OD / Steel, Polymer Pistol 4.49" .40 S&W 11/16/2007

    thanks.

Shouldn't be a problem. Did you get a decent price on it?

Thanks Stanze, perhaps not a great price at $320, but the PD's initials and shield stamped or etched into the slide kinda' make me want to add this to my 7 other Glocks.
NY trigger can be changed out if I like, and he couldn't ship the Hicap, but I've got mine.

Shoot...thats a good price if it's in good shape. As long as the model number is EXACTLY the same then it's no problem. G22 ....so your set.
