Yes. A Gunbroker purchase from a private seller DOES falls into the 30 day requirement, EVEN if there is only a frame involved.

If you are going to be doing this a lot, get a C&R and COE.

You will also now have to wait 30 days (720 hours) from the date of your failed application before you can DROS again. The 30 day clock resets everytime you DROS even if your DROS was denied.

Sure, but wait for it to happen; don't mention it to anyone or invite inquiry. 10% chance they don't catch it? It's up to them to catch it and advise you, no need to tattle on yourself to the dealer or DOJ.

Let it ride out, see if you get lucky. At this point, you don't have a choice, so no reason to draw attention to it.

COE and C&R. No 1 in 30 issues (yet), no 10 day wait on curios or relics. Just keep decent records and don't use it as a buying and selling (business) platform.

DROS will be denied due to the 1-30 violation and you will be forced to wait an additional 30 days (from the date of your 2nd DROS attempt) before you may apply for a new DROS.
You are actually subject to criminal penalty for the 2nd DROS attempt within 30 days, but we have not heard of a case that has been prosecuted under these circumstances.
