Did you shoot it before you changed the bushing?
Mine (stock other than some polishing here and there) is on par with yours

shoot it more also try heavier bullets. once you find a weight it likes it may actually improve the groupings.

I tend to like their stock barrels. Plenty accurate unless your outshooting the gun then i would recommend a match barrel like Barsto or Kart.

I tried before a new bushing, group was similar, but the new bushing improves a little bit.

It's more than adequate at that distance for "third button down" shooting.

i have no issue at 15 yard with 5 rounds through one hole. With my EDC X9, i have 5 rounds through one hole at 15 yard. With the combat operator, I think the group was ok, 2-3 round through 1 hole and occasionally one round flies away, but the group is still tight. However, when I move the target to 22 yard, I notice the group just spread around on SA.

I get groups like that out of mine. Can it be tighter? Who knows. Is it good enough for me? Definitely.

Twenty-two yards or one hundred and twenty-two yards?

Have another shooter group the pistol to see if the reults are the same.

Looks good. Why not go with a standard 25 yard?

You just tightened up the tolerances of most of the lock up points for your 1911 barrel. That’s about what I get with mine. The barrel hood to breech fit is acceptable but there’s a few thousandth of play. Get some 115 grain JHP Zero or Hornady bullets and handload with VV N340 or N350, virgin Starline or Federal brass, your choice of pistol primer. I usually get superb accuracy with that.
