Need help with unknown SigP238 HD spring and ear

I decided to change the trigger shoe on my P238 HD removed 2 of the trigger bars. After removing the bars a spring and a ear fell out. I have no idea where it came from and no idea how to put it back. It looks like the sear ear but it's not that. Any help would be appreciated.
