    STI grip work

I really like my STI Marauder 9mm but the factory 2011 grip seemed a bit blocky for me. I swapped it out for a Costa grip and it felt better, but still wasn't what I was looking for. So perusing YouTube as I do most days (I got that kinda' time since I'm retired), I stumbled across a video from Hayes Custom Guns regarding the different types of grips they use on their custom guns. One of the ones shown was a factory grip that they rework which was just what I wanted. A quick e-mail and a phone call (nice folks) and off my factory grip went. I just got it back and reinstalled it on my Marauder and I really like the way it feels. The edges are rounded and the stippling pattern is cool. They also Cerakoted it after they did the work. Cost was $85 plus $7 shipping. Very reasonable and excellent workmanship. Turn around time was about a week and half. Now just need to get it out and shoot it.

Excellent! Most important is that YOU like it. Always nice to find someone that treats you fairly and does nice work on time.
There are some people that it's just not worth engaging.

It's a muzzle BRAKE, not a muzzle break. Or is your muzzle tired?
