    Gen5 Glock mags

    So all my guns are gen3 and I just bought a pc carbine so was about to order mags and see the gem 5 and regular OEM mags are the same price . Any firmest issues

    theres an extra little chunk of plastic at the front of the base plate to bring the base plate flush with the grip. Orange followers, besides that, same exact mags.

          The only fitment issues you’ll run into using Gen 5 mags is only if the mag sits flush in the pistol grip or carbine receiver, and if there’s a lip in the front of the grip or receiver that hangs lower to prevent the Gen 5 follower from locking the magazine into the gun.

          You might only run into this issue on G19X frames and some G26 frames, but otherwise you should be fine. That extra lip on the Gen 5 base pads does give you a little extra grip area to grab onto a Glock mag when stripping it from a receiver, and you definitely notice it when you need to perform this action.

            No issues. I bought 5 of them and also have a Ruger PC Carbine. They work great.
