Favorite Production gun?

Assuming by "production" you mean USPSA Production Division, I'll say CZ SP01.

I have many types of handguns and really like my 1911s, but if I could only have one make of handgun. No question about it, Glock...Glock and Glock.

CZ tactical sport for me, hands down. That said if I was only allowed to ever have one handgun it would be a Glock

Agreed. This is the answer for a Californian not willing to pay a stupidly over-priced amount for a gun. No better choice available today.

Assuming the OP does in fact mean USPSA Production - which it sure seems based on the guns he shows in the OP - none of the bolded above are Production legal.

For me: Tanfo Stock 2. Although my dumb arse switched back to a Glock 34 for some reason I still cannot figure out.

I always wanted to like CZs as on paper they fit what I want pretty well. Like Glocks they are internally space-efficient, don't have unnecessarily long grips, and have highly customizable triggers. And I prefer hammer-fired to striker-fired most of the time.

In reality though to me a full-size CZ has about as much recoil as a Glock 19, and the compact CZs have more recoil despite being noticeably heavier. I think it's because the low beavertail and aggressive hump on the models available in California just make the gun not fit my hand very well. So, in this state it's probably going to be a Glock or Beretta.
