I was cleaning my CZ 75 D PCR and the Loaded Chamber Indicator (chamber side) looks different than I remember. Maybe it's never been clean enough to see the details. I don't recall seeing the actual plunger spring. I thought you could only see the plunger tip. I'm attaching a photo. Anyone confirm this is the way is should look?
