    VP9 Long Slide Kits!

Finally! VP9L! Interesting they're coming in as slide kits first! Great option for those of us with VP9s already. Too bad no optic cut on them

Looks like trying to compete with the Walther Q5 Match. But why not make it optics ready?

I bet same price as VP9 itself (at free states) = MSRP $599 ?

                  Are you new to HK?

Been looking forward to this. Hoping they also come out with an optics ready slide kit soon too.

Haha, why not just a Canik TP9SFX???

You could go for a whole new pistol for the price of a slide!?!?!?

Brand new the whole thing with side charging handle, optic, and more is under $700 NEW.

Because its not an HK. Why not just get a Glock 35 then? Cause its not what we want.

I have a VP9 and a few PPQs (incl 2 5"). I looked at getting a Q5 slide kit but they are around $600. A complete PPQ Q5 runs around 1400-1500 in the marketplace. A 5" PPQ is about $1100. So it seems it would be cheaper to sell my unfired 5" and buy a Q5 and get the full trigger as well.

I expect the VP9 long slide kits (if they ever come out) will be about the same.

I did buy a 5" CORE slide kit for my fullsize M&P. But I bought the M&P when it was still on roster and the slide kit was $350 delivered. It has the PC sear and updated trigger bar and slide stop. Even if I went full APEX, I'm likely still ahead in this case.
