    Los angeles gunsmiths?

I have a 1911 stock mil spec Springfield operator and I want to have some work done to it. What gunsmiths are you using in Los Angeles that dogood work on 1911's?

www.davesmetalworks.com great guy, great work, great turn around time, great prices.
I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.

When I hit the lotto I'm only shooting factory.

I had very positive experience with Bolsa Gunsmithing in Westminster

The essence of Western civilization is the Magna Carta, not the Magna Mac. The fact that non-Westerners may bite into the later has no implications for their accepting the former.

EDIT 2020: To be fair that seems to apply to many Westerners also.

If I wanted quality work done in LA, the only two guys I would trust are Jim Hoag and Alan Tanaka.
